We're Part of a Bigger Movement
Regenerative agriculture is a growing movement to farm in a way that heals the land instead of using it up — and it's how we've always done things here in Bastrop. Our perennial pecan trees pull carbon out of the air and lock it into the soil, our Dorper sheep take the place of mowers, sprays, and synthetic fertilizer, and keyline plowing puts rainfall back into the ground instead of letting it run off. Small, steady choices that leave the farm richer than we found it — and food you can feel good about eating.
